Our next scheduled workshops are for September 2010. We are planning a workshop on web 2.0 tools that are useful for teaching. This will look at tools from moodle to jing and explore how they are used in teaching.
We also plan a workshop on the dogme approach as well as a workshop that shows one approach to time management.
From August 2010, we will start accepting enrolments for the workshop.
All workshops will be offered free of charge.

Recent Feedback

"I learnt loads – particularly useful were tips on classroom management techniques from other teachers to use with students with special needs (and in fact all students!)"
"I particularly liked input sessions on phonology, vocabulary, discourse analysis and all 4 skills. These sessions were especially informative and accessible and proved to be of immediate use."
"I think it was a very good course, hard work but very useful. I can see it not only in my teaching, but in the comments I make on the lessons I observe and in the lesson planning sessions with inexperienced teachers."
"excellent course notes: succinct, informative, helpful"
"We had great tutors and it was a pleasure to work with them. If I had any questions, our tutors answered them very carefully and in detail."
"I am extremely enthusiastic about this course. I was told that the course was good by a former course participant, but it has surpassed all expectations."
"I just want to say thanks to everyone who took part in creating this course and those involved in doing this particular COLT. I have benefited a lot from it."
"This is a great course that I would recommend to anyone even vaguely intrigued by what online learning is about…or totally adverse to it (I am sure they would change their mind!)"
